Before Your Visit:

 

Dr. Wendy reviews your intake forms, prior notes, and available test results. New patients may submit relevant labs or testing from the past 12 months.

 

Initial Visit:

 

Your first appointment focuses on a thorough intake, discussion of your health concerns, and, if needed, a virtual physical examination. Together, you will create an initial care plan, which may include testing, medications, supplements, referrals, or other recommendations.

 

Follow-Up Visits:

 

Dr. Wendy reviews your progress and any new test results, explains what they mean for your health, and updates your care plan as needed.

 

After Your Visit:

 

Dr. Wendy finalizes your care plan: Writing out and providing a detailed care plan, uploading handouts to your patient portal, ordering labs or specialized tests, prescribing medications electronically, sending supplement orders to Fullscript, or recommending specialists.

 

Between Visits:

 

Test Review: As new reports and test results come in, Dr. Wendy will review them and upload them to your portal for your access. If anything urgent arises, she will notify you. For non-urgent issues, she will make notes to discuss during your follow-up visit.

 

Research:

 

When needed, Dr. Wendy will spend time researching specific aspects of your case.

 

Continued Management:

 

Dr. Wendy will handle medication refills, adjustments to supplement protocols, and review of specialist consultations as needed.

 

Messaging:

 

Dr. Wendy is available for messaging through the EHR portal for simple, straightforward issues that do not require a full appointment. For more details on this feature, please refer to the FAQ on messaging.
